Servicing Guide

Having your vehicle serviced is very important as all modern vehicles have engine management systems to keep it in tune for all its working life. Worn plugs, blocked filters and poor oil quality can have a big effect on your engine's performance and economy. Most vehicle service schedules vary, some have spark plug changes at 40,000 or 80,000 miles (NOT every service) air filters at 30,000 and pollen filters at 20,000, so the correct schedule needs to be carried out. With the Autodata and Vivid workshop data ATI software we can print the correct service schedule and parts required for your vehicles mileage.

Some manufacturers have now introduced extended service intervals such as 2 years or 20,000 miles. We strongly advice that you check your oil level at frequent intervals as a low oil level can seriously damage your engine. We advise our customers to have an Oil Service at 12 months or 10,000 miles (which ever comes first).

As an Independent Servicing & Repair Centre we are able to select your service and repair items from the worlds best known brand names. This ensures that your vehicle is always serviced and repaired with OE specification parts and lubricants.

Motor Oils:

We make sure your vehicle is serviced with the correct OE specification motor oil, the wrong grade of oil can have an affect on your fuel consumption, exhaust emissions, catalytic converter, diesel particulate filter or may cause premature engine wear if your vehicle has extended or longlife service intervals. We stock a range of motor oils to cover all vehicle manufacturers specifications

Please note:

With changes to European Legislation during 2003, you can now have your new vehicle serviced by an Independent Garage, this will not invalidate your manufacturers 1, 2 or 3 year warranty. For further information or to book your next service tel 020 7708 0674.

Tyres:

We are not a tyre fitting centre, but we do offer a tyre fitting service to all our customers. We don't stock any tyres but we can get most brands of tyre the same day or next day for special sizes, at prices that are usually cheaper than many Fast Fit outlets.
